Obama and Mexican politicos secret pact borders on blackmail
Posted on October 31 - from examiner.com
[Ed. note: The Amerucab people, as well as Sgt Tahmooressi are paying for
the mad schemes of the Obama regime.]
There are allegations that the United States' leaders are all but rolling over like
trained circus animals for the Mexican government because of a secret -- some claim
sinister -- pact between the White House and Mexico's federal government in Mexico City,
according to a knowledgeable source on Thursday.
For example, growing number of Americans are asking the question of why President Barack
Obama and his security team are allowing an American hero, Marine Sergeant Andrew
Tahmooressi, to remain a captive of a corrupt and duplicitous Mexican government. However,
one official informed the Examiner that the answer is not complicated: Obama and his
administration's leaders kowtow to the demands of the Mexicans and their government in
order to avoid having facts about the Fast and Furious scandal to be revealed by Mexico's
attorney general. It's a corrupt pact that borders on blackmail.
Sgt. Tahmooressi's claim that he mistakenly entered Mexico with legally registered
firearms has all but been ignored by the White House and most of the complicit members of
the news media. Except for some of the anchors and commentators on Fox News Channel, talk
radio hosts, and some of the Internet news outlets, the story of Sgt. Tahmooressi's ordeal
that began in March is being ignored. In fact, no one from the Obama administration has even
bothered to telephone the mother of the Marine who did two tours in war-torn Afghanistan.

After-Birth Abortions: College Students Increasingly Support Infanticide
Posted on October 30 - from LifeNews
[Ed. note: “I talked with one young man at the University of Minnesota
who thought it was alright to kill children if they were under the age of 5 years old, as
he did not consider them persons until that age.”]
Abortion proponents like to paint pro-lifers as extremists who go to great lengths to
take away the rights of women. However, many of these abortion activists have views that
are legitimately extreme and quite frankly, horrifying. Take, for example, the position that
abortion should be legal in cases where the parents conceive a girl but they wanted a boy.
Some activists would say women should have the right to an abortion because they shouldn’t
be forced to have a child they don’t want.
But, unfortunately, supporting sex-selection abortion isn’t the worst of their extremist
views; there are “pro-choicers” who support killing babies after their born. And according
to Thomas Aquinas student, Mairead Mcardle, more college students are supporting post-birth
abortion.
She writes in The College Fix, “Anecdotal evidence by leaders of pro-life groups such
as Created Equal and Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust said in interviews that not only
do they see more college students willing to say they support post-birth abortion, but some
students even suggest children up to 4 or 5-years-old can also be killed, because they are
not yet “self aware.”

'Lone wolves' must be defeated by armed Americans, claims police advisor
Posted on October 29 - from examiner.com
[Ed. note: "Lone wolf Islamist terror attacks proves that Americans need firearms,"]
With the increase in the number of so-called lone wolf, homegrown Islamic terrorists, a
professional firearms expert and police organization advisor is a major proponent of
Americans arming and protecting themselves, their loved ones and their property from these
religious fanatics who think nothing of killing and torturing infidels, according to a
statement released on Monday.
"Lone wolf Islamist terror attacks [proves that] Americans need firearms," gun rights
expert John M. Snyder said, who serves on the advisory boards of two major law enforcement
associations, the 13,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police (NACOP) and the
American Federation of Police and Concerned Citizens (AFPCC).
Snyder points to the latest Rasmussen Reports survey/poll in which an overwhelming
majority of U.S. voters said they believe radical Islamic terrorism is a very real threat
to this country. The Rasmussen telephone survey indicates, "86% of likely U.S. voters now
consider radical Islamic terrorism a threat to the United States."

Blood on Obama’s hands

[Ed. note: The blood from these two slain Deputies is on the hands of
Barack Obama.]
Obama lied, Americans died.
In this case, the Americans were two California Sheriff’s Deputies. Barack Obama lies.
We know he lies about everything but he tells us the border is secure while he ignores the
laws, refuses to deport criminal illegal aliens and plans to release even more of them into
America.
From the Blaze:
The man suspected of killing two sheriff’s deputies during a shooting rampage in
Northern California was deported twice and has a drug conviction, federal authorities said.
A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman said Saturday fingerprints of the
suspected shooter confirm he was first deported to Mexico in 1997 after being convicted in
Arizona for drug possession. He was arrested and repatriated to Mexico again in 2001.

Why the Welfare State Isn’t Well and It Isn’t Fair
Posted on October 25 - from The History of the Future
[Ed. note: Our low information fellow citizens never seem to realize that
a government which ceases to administer limited resources put under its control for a
specific purpose will instead use its coercive power to ensure that people are given what
some bureaucrat decides they need.]
Throughout most of the 19th and 20th centuries Socialism had a fairly precise definition,
a somewhat clear program, and a generally agreed upon goal. The definition of Socialism was
some variant of Karl Marx’s well known statement, “From each according to the ability to
each according to their need.” Socialism’s program was the nationalization of all means of
production, exchange, and distribution. Socialism’s goal was the use of all three in a
comprehensive plan to bring about some chimera of social justice.
There were two general schools or roads socialists followed to utopia, Marxism and
Fabianism. Both were variants of Socialism. They differed mainly in their stated ultimate
ideal of a Socialist State and how to get there.
The Marxists said they believed that in a fully Socialist State the State itself would
wither away, and all that would be left was a classless society basking in the sunshine of
social justice for all. The method advocated by the Communists to achieve this social
nirvana was revolutionary change leading to a dictatorship of the working class
(proletariat) which ruthlessly exterminated the old society and built the new.

Pastors Launch Offensive Strike: Flood Houston Lesbian Mayor’s Office with Bibles and Sermons
Posted on October 24 - from Freedom Outpost
[Ed. note: There comes a time when men must take a hard stand and that
time is now. Texas preachers have already taken a stand.]
A report is out, in the wake of the city of Houston's demands that area pastors hand
over their sermons and communication with their members, saying that there is a national
movement of American pastors who are going on the offensive. These pastors are banding
together in a theme reminiscent of the Star Wars' saga's "The Empire Strikes Back." Their
movement is called, "The Pastors Strike Back."
Pastors from across the fruited plain have decided to come together and voluntarily send
Bibles and sermons to Mayor Annise Parker's office.
Former Governor Mike Huckabee called on every pastor in America to do this recently. "I
hope she gets thousands and thousands of sermons and Bibles," said Huckabee on his Fox News
show Saturday.

Ebola was October's Political Surprise...Amnesty will be November's Reality
Posted on October 23 - from the Patriot Factor
[Ed. note: Guess who will be hurt the most by Obama's planned 'sweeping'
amnesty executive order...it will most assuredly be blacks and poor people is who.]
Well folks Obama's gone and done it...he's pulled the wool over our eyes by successfully
diverted and deflected our attention off the upcoming election... diverted our attention off
his cleverly 'put on hold' amnesty plan...diverted our attention off ISIS actually surging
ahead and gaining ground in Iraq and off Iran moving forward with their nuclear enrichment
program...as well as diverting our attention off 'supposed' improving economic recovery
numbers that are anything but...and he's done it all by keeping us focused on a virus that
(rightfully) scares people to death...a virus known as Ebola.
Ebola...a disease Obama well knows has a high spread and mortality rate yet he is more
than willing to bring Ebola infected Africans here for treatment while ordering any of our
American troops who happen to contract Ebola...while on his 'supposed' mission to try and
halt the virus...to stay in Liberia for treatment...to stay in the very country ill-equipped
to treat their own let alone any of ours.
Ebola, Ebola, Ebola...the story de-jour for oh so many weeks now as the Obama controlled
media has many glued to their televisions with their 24-hour non-stop coverage over but a
handful of cases. Playing down the fact that the 21-day incubation period since Thomas Eric
Duncan...Mr. Ground Zero...willfully and maliciously brought Ebola into our country has now
passed...playing down the fact that while we wish the best for a complete recovery for the
innocent first nurse infected while at the same time continuing to ignore the fact that the
second nurse infected is just as guilty as Duncan himself for she too willfully chose to
possibly infect others by boarding a plane she knew she had NO business boarding... playing
down if NOT outright ignoring the questions that still linger in many minds as to why NO
one...absolutely NO one...in Duncan's family who were by his side during the most infectious
period did NOT contract Ebola...all this is what the media plays down while still choosing to
operate in Ebola panic mode as they hide the fact that Obama and crew have sneakily begun the
preparations for issuing work permits and 'green cards' that would allow millions of ILLEGALS
to live here and take jobs away from 'We the People.'

Rand Paul: Religious Freedom Dying at Altar of Political Correctness
Posted on October 22 - from Breitbart
[Ed. note: When sermons are censored or demanded to be produced, then we
are in danger. I don't care if the sermons castigate the immorality of instant replay,
freedom absolutely requires dissent.]
On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther posted his Ninety-Five theses on the door of the
Castle Church of Wittenberg. Christianity was for all time changed by one man's
confrontation with authority.
For his audacity, for alleging that one's path to heaven could not be purchased, Luther
was excommunicated. It took great bravery to challenge what was then considered to be the
ultimate arbiter of God's will. Luther was told, effectively, that his pathway to heaven was
foreclosed.
When the Mayor of Houston, sent her legal attack dogs to demand the sermons of ministers
who opposed an ordinance that might prevent churches from hiring people who adhered to a
traditional faith, my first thought was of Martin Luther and my hope was that someone would,
in elaborate calligraphy, stencil the First Amendment upon parchment and nail it to the doors
of city hall.
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the
free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of
the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

City threatens to arrest ministers who refuse to perform same-sex weddings

[Ed. note: Government officials are making clear they will use their
government power to punish those who oppose the advances of homosexual activists.]
Two Christian ministers who own an Idaho wedding chapel were told they had to either

filed Friday in federal court.
Alliance Defending Freedom is representing Donald and Evelyn Knapp, ordained ministers
who own the Hitching Post Wedding Chapel in Coeur d’Alene.
“Right now they are at risk of being prosecuted,” their ADF attorney, Jeremy Tedesco,
told me. “The threat of enforcement is more than just credible.”
According to the lawsuit, the wedding chapel is registered with the state as a “religious
corporation” limited to performing “one-man-one-woman marriages as defined by the Holy Bible.”

Common Core homework: An assignment in frustration for families
Posted on October 20 - from silive.com
[Ed. note: Common Core - making things harder than needed while turning
our indoctrinating them in the ways of socialism.]
Ten-year-old Kate Reilly, a fifth-grader at PS 55 in Eltingville, was doing math
homework, seated around the kitchen table with her younger sister, Emma, a second-grader
at PS 55, and older brother, John, who attends Bernstein Intermediate School, Huguenot.
One of her math problems called for dividing 84 by 7. Looking over her shoulder,
watching her jot down pre-alegbriac equations as she successfully solved the problem, her
dad, Michael Reilly, just shook his head.
"This is just ridiculous. 84 divided by 7. Why are we making this harder than it has to
be? " he wondered.
Frustrated, Reilly posted a photo of the problem to his Facebook page. Within minutes it
drew close to 200 comments from equally frustrated, puzzled parents.

Pedophiles Deserve Civil Rights, Argues ‘NY Times’ Op-Ed
Posted on October 17 - from BarbWire
[Ed. note: This was often predicted - that once the lie that homosexuals were
born that way and had no choice was accepted - the argument would move on to even more disastrous
perversions - and now we see it.]
What was it that someone said about the slippery slope of special rights for the LGBTIQ
community? Well, the cry for civil rights for pedophiles is now official.
Margo Kaplan, who teaches law at Rutgers University, used The New York Times as a
platform to opine about the stigma pedophilia carries. The stigma, she laments, makes it
difficult for adults with sexual attractions to children to get help.
Pointing to uncited research, Kaplan argues that pedophilia is not a choice but a mental
disorder that may have neurological origins, sort of like being left-handed. She also
bemoans that our current law is “inconsistent and irrational” in dealing with pedophiles.
When it comes to public policies that might help people with pedophilia come forward and
seek treatment before they offend, she is troubled that the law omits pedophilia from
protection.

Pastors to mayor: Don’t mess with Texas pulpits

attorney has since recinded the subpoenas.]
Christians across the nation are mobilizing to defend a group of Houston pastors who were
ordered by the city to turn over any sermons dealing with homosexuality, gender identity
issues or Houston mayor. Their message is simple – Don’t Mess with Texas Preachers.
Dave Welch, the executive director of the Texas Pastor Council, is one of the five
ministers who received a subpoena. He said he will not be intimidated by Annise Parker,
who is the city's first openly lesbian mayor, nor will he comply with the city’s demands.
“My answer to that is – bring it on,” he said.
Houston’s city attorney issued the subpoenas in a response to a lawsuit filed related to
the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (H.E.R.O.), the city's new non-discrimination ordinance,
also known as the “Bathroom Bill.”

Ryan Zinke: The Greater Evil
Posted on October 14 - from Chuck Baldwin
[Ed. note: Voting for an R simply because they are not a D doesn't always
get us what we have in mind.]
Republican hacks are famous for promoting the “lesser of two evils” mantra. The idea goes
something like this: No matter how bad or evil a Republican candidate might be, the Democrat
candidate is always worse, therefore, in order to keep the worse candidate out of office,
meaning the Democrat, one must vote for the “lesser of two evils,” meaning the Republican
candidate. Obviously, the only way one can buy that philosophy is he or she must accept the
premise that the Democrat candidate is ALWAYS worse than the Republican candidate; however,
this premise only makes sense in the smoke-filled back rooms of Republican Machiavellians
such as Karl Rove and John Boehner--and in the closed and shackled minds of their slavish
GOP robots.
The idea that the Republican Party is a “good” party and the Democrat Party is a “bad” party
is just so much horse manure. The fact is that BOTH major parties in Washington, D.C., have
routinely turned their backs on the American people, the Bill of Rights, individual liberties,
State sovereignty, and constitutional governance for most of the last half-century. And when it
comes to building a universal Warfare State abroad and a ubiquitous Police State at home, the
Republican Party in Washington, D.C., is far, far worse.
For example, the American people lost far more liberties under President G.W. Bush (a
Republican) than we have under President Barack Obama (a Democrat). Bush gave us the Patriot
Act, the Military Commissions Act, the indefinite detention provision of the NDAA, and the
Department of Homeland Security, and the preemptive war doctrine, just to name a few. Yes,
these egregiously tyrannical acts continue under Obama, but he is simply perpetuating what
Bush began. Obama may be driving the tank now, but Bush designed it, built it, and test-drove it.

The Value of Christian Principles

[Ed. note: We readily recognize those leaders in our society who are
steering us to catastrophe, but where are the Christian leaders who will join together in
the battle for truth, to rescue this nation from its inevitable ruinous end?]
Our nation once placed a high priority upon the American family. Parents, teachers and
politicians alike viewed the family and its moral and cultural virtues as the most basic
building block of society. Parents and government recognized the need for the next
generation to observe the basic tenants of their Christian values.
Church was a more significant part of family and society, along with the government,
which did what it could to support the parents' values.
The U.S. government has been well-served by generations of young people raised with
Christian values. Historically, millions of people have made it their life's ambition to
come to this God-blessed land. America has welcomed people from all nations to come here,
work hard and experience opportunity and freedom unavailable anywhere on Earth, until now!

States, People Have a Duty to Resist Judicial Marriage Activism
Posted on October 9 - from Barb Wire
[Ed. note: And if “we the people” do not rise up and use every means at
our disposal to restore law and morality to our land, we will be as complicit in the evil
of these lawless judges and officials as those officials themselves.]
By now you have probably heard that on Monday, the gutless John Roberts U.S. Supreme
Court–the same one that found the patently unconstitutional ObamaCare scheme
“constitutional” by declaring it to be a “tax” even though the law itself clearly said
it was not, and by declaring an absolute authority for the federal government to do
anything it wants so long as that action can be said to involve a “tax…the same one that
already attempted to delete legally and duly-passed marriage law at the federal level–took
a pass on dealing with counterfeit marriage cases in Indiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia and
Wisconsin.
As Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) said, “The Supreme Court’s decision to not review the Tenth
Circuit’s ruling in Kitchen v. Herbert is disappointing. Nothing in the Constitution
forbids a state from retaining the traditional definition of marriage as a union between
a man and a woman.”
He’s absolutely right.
We couldn’t redefine marriage even if we wanted to, any more than we could redefine a
dog (call it a cat, but it’s still going to bark), or the sun (call it an orange, but it’s
still going to provide light and heat for this solar system), or any transcendent
relationship or institution. The grownups in our government (if any remain) should have
taken this important opportunity to affirm that truth, or at a minimum, confirm that if
governments are going to ignore reality, that ignorance should be brought about
constitutionally according to our republican form of government.

Demilitarizing local police
Posted on October 8 - from Conservative News and Views
[Ed. note: What miltary equipment and procedures will you find in your
home town?]
A welcome trend has started in small-town and small-county police departments. They are
giving back that surplus military hardware they got under the 1033 program. Many have found
out it costs them to keep that hardware up, and plenty. But local citizens now also realize
when their police get military gear, they become soldiers, not law enforcers. And that
threatens their liberties.
Feds do local police no favors
Mother Jones started telling the story on September 30. The Ferguson incident shocked
enough people into thinking twice about that hardware. Images of local police, in
military-style vehicles, facing down the citizens they are supposed to protect and serve,
stuck with people. It shamed the police in San Jose, California, and the school police in
Los Angeles, into giving up their military surplus gear. (Or to try to. More on that
later.) The San Jose police had true Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected vehicles (MRAPs). The
Los Angeles school police had grenade launchers.
According to Mother Jones, these agencies had enough trouble with that hardware as it
was. Under the 1033 program, the Defense Department gives this hardware to the local
police, free of charge. But: the feds do not pay for their upkeep. The local police or
county sheriffs must do that themselves. And MRAPs, grenade launchers, Lenco Bearcats,
and other such hardware cost plenty to keep up. More, in fact, than these small towns
can afford. No wonder they find excuses to use that hardware. How else can they justify,
or even excuse, all the money they spend?

The “Civil Discourse” Two-Step

well-intentioned plans and proposals will end well, but a healthy measure of forbearance
joined with an openness to self-criticism will do more for the cause of republican
government than a conservative equivalent of the Big Smathers Lie.]
Toward recapturing spirited republican debate
In a story that would put even Neil Tyson’s recent setbacks to shame, Time magazine
reported in 1950 that George Smathers, challenger for the Florida Democratic nomination
for US Senate, had said of his opponent in the midst of a bitter campaign:
Are you aware that Claude Pepper is known all over Washington as a shameless extrovert?
Not only that, but this man is reliably reported to practice nepotism with his
sister-in-law, he has a brother who is a known homo sapiens, and he has a sister who was
once a thespian in wicked New York. Worst of all, it is an established fact that Mr. Pepper,
before his marriage, practiced celibacy.
Smathers had, in fact, said nothing of the kind. The lines were likely invented by
newspaper reporters covering the race–and a little noted, nor long remembered source in
the same piece suggested as much. But no matter: the lines stuck, revealing, in the end,
more about the mores of its Progressive peddlers and purchasers than those of the supposed
rubes it caricatured: the stupid, to-be-silenced majority. A prejudiced critique of
prejudice, a slanderous denunciation of slander, eagerly soaked up by cosmopolitans for
whom the quote confirmed their every bias about their opponents–a textbook case of the
pot calling the kettle black.

The Question of Islamic Reform
Posted on October 6 - from Frontpage Mag
[Ed. note: We need to know and name what we are dealing with and devise
an appropriate strategy to contest and defeat a determined adversary if we intend to ensure
our survival.]
Perhaps the major theological problem confronting the revisionist Muslim community
today—i.e., those whom we call “moderates” or “secular-oriented intellectuals”—is the
canonical scriptures which define their faith and without which Islam would cease to exist.
The dilemma for these “enlightened Muslims” is the Koran itself, with its ubiquitous
summons to warfare, conquest, enslavement and social and economic persecution of vanquished
peoples, which is why they are preoccupied, to the brink of obsession, with the twin
concepts of re-interpretation and contextualization.
These meliorists are convinced that Islam is diametrically opposed to something called
“Islamism,” that Islam is essentially a “religion of peace” rather than a bellicose imperial
movement and that its founding texts therefore invite reinterpretation. This belief can be
readily demolished by anyone with a cursory acquaintance with the Islamic literature and a
modicum of common sense. For once the incendiary and violent passages are expurgated from
the Koran and the Hadith, and the philosophical and political curriculum appropriately
bowdlerized, there is far too little left over on which to base a credible and authoritative,
world-historical faith. Indeed, as I have argued before, the result would resemble a version
of Baha’i’ and could no longer legitimately be called Islam. Re-interpretation is effectively
a dead end, a theological placebo swallowed by the naïve or the willfully ignorant who find
the strong medicine of reality unpalatable or even abhorrent.
The notion of contextualization fares no better. Here the thesis is that one must adopt
a historical or dialectical perspective on the progressive evolution of belief systems.
The repugnant portions of the scriptures are understood to apply only to the times in
which they were conceived and written. Of course, there is some truth to this contention.
The Bible also contains offensive passages which have been despumated with the passing of
time. But the difference between the Bible and the Koran is categorical. The former is
largely narrative and parabolic in structure and the parts we would regard as objectionable
are comparatively few. The Koran, on the contrary—especially the longer, Medinan section—is
almost unrelentingly belligerent and exhortative, commanding the believer to slay, conquer,
oppress and impose draconian taxes on those who have been subjugated.

Confronting PC: Some Will Financially and Politically Die

[Ed. note: Political Correctness is a horrible destructive cancer eating
away at the core of our American culture. The miracle cure is courage.]
I caught a bit of an interview with conservative actor Kevin Sorbo promoting his movie,
“God’s Not Dead” on the Sean Hannity radio show. Sorbo lamented that political correctness
operatives continue to bully Americans with little push back. He cited a recent incident in
which a little girl was kicked out of school for saying “God bless you” when a classmate
sneezed, punished for religious talk in school.
My wife Mary told me about a U.S. soldier who was told by a school never to walk his
child to school in uniform again. I am sure all of you could share horror stories of
political correctness operatives overruling common sense and bullying people into submission.
Admittedly, I continuously rant about this topic. Folks, while I have evolved into
somewhat of a sophisticated responsible adult, my roots are in the hood, the projects of
east Baltimore. Living in that extremely tough environment, I knew if you did not deal with
(confront) bullies, you would forever be their chump. As a 9 or 10 year old, I detested
watching bullies push people around. I still detest seeing snooty intellectual liberal wimps
with their big microphones and big stages get away with terrorizing people into submission.

CORRUPTION!

[Ed. note: This is just one case... but it is far from being the only
one of its kind.]
The foundation of a free republic is equal justice under the law. Take away that
fundamental tenet and liberty itself will quickly collapse. Democrat or Republican;
liberal or conservative; male or female; Caucasian, Negro, Hispanic, Indian, or Asian;
rich or poor; powerful or ordinary; Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, or atheist: they all
mean absolutely NOTHING in a court of law. Lady Justice is rightly symbolized with a
blindfold over her eyes. In a court of law, there is absolutely no place for racial
prejudice, religious prejudice, political prejudice, or personal prejudice. The only thing
that matters in a court of law is equal justice under the law. Nothing else matters!
NOTHING!
Every judicial race in this country that I’ve ever heard of is a non-partisan race.
Candidates for judge run without party affiliation. The obvious reason for this fact is
because judges are entrusted to adjudicate the law without political bias or favor. That’s
the way it’s SUPPOSED to be, anyway.
However, it has become obvious that too many times our courtrooms exude political
prejudice and abject cronyism. It is no hyperbole to say that there are tens of thousands
(maybe hundreds of thousands) of men and women in America’s penal institutions who are
nothing more than political prisoners. The kangaroo courts of Mao, Stalin, and Hitler have
nothing on many of the courts in the United States of America today.

Lesbian’s Eyes Opened: ‘You Don’t Hate Us!’
Posted on October 1 - from The Sons of Liberty
[Ed. note: Projections have shown that if current trends continue, half of all
gay and bisexual men will be HIV-positive by age 50. - The Wall Street Journal, Sept. 25, 2014]
This jaw-dropping revelation is based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s
latest assessment of the homosexual lifestyle. The WSJ report further warns: “Gay and bisexual
men represent an estimated 2 percent of the U.S. population but more than half of all people
living with HIV and 66 percent of new HIV infections. They are the only population group in
the United States for which HIV infections are rising.”
What do you say of an adult or adults who, for selfish political reasons, encourage
sexually confused children to adopt a sex-centric identity and lifestyle laced with a 50-50
chance of HIV infection? I’d say they’re guilty of child abuse. Adults are supposed to
protect children from touching the red-hot stove, not push their face down on it.
This is true hate
Scripture admonishes, “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Unnatural behaviors
beget natural consequences. It is hateful to promote a sin-centered lifestyle to children,
to anyone for that matter, which leads to disease, death and, unless repented of, eternal
separation from God.

Liberty Counsel Successfully Defends Christian Business Owner over Same-Sex Wedding
Posted on October 1 - from Liberty Counsel
[Ed. note: Is it the representation, the timing, the judge or...]
Mountain Top, PA .-- Liberty Counsel has successfully defended a Pennsylvania banquet
hall that refused to host a same-sex wedding because of the owner.'s Christian beliefs. The
Inne of the Abingtons, following its long-standing (and perfectly legal) policy, politely
refused to host the wedding of a lesbian couple and suggested several alternate venues.
After the Inne was unfairly shamed on social media for its stance, a heterosexual couple
canceled their 100-guest wedding and reception event. But even though there was not enough
time for the Inne to rebook the facility, the couple demanded the return of their deposit,
which was nonrefundable under the industry-standard contract.
Having no contractual or legal grounds to force the Inne to take a loss on their
cancelation, the couple sued the Inne anyway, seeking not only a return of the deposit, but
triple that amount as .damages.. On the day of trial, the judge agreed with Liberty Counsel
that the suit was improperly filed and should be dismissed. But rather than let the judge
enter a formal dismissal, the couple withdrew their lawsuit., essentially giving up in the
face of Liberty Counsel.'s strong defense.
"We are happy to host dinners, birthday parties, or just about any other kind of event
regardless of a client.'s sexual orientation, but not a same-sex wedding,". said John
Antolick, the owner of the Inne. He added, ".I don'.t want to discriminate against anyone,
but my conscience will not allow me to use my business to endorse an event that contradicts
God.'s design for marriage."

A Former Lesbian’s Moving Story of Freedom From Homosexual Sin
Posted on October 31 - from BarbWire
[Ed. note: Wendy has said that it is her hope that her testimony might
resonate with even one person who can relate to the circumstances that Satan used to lead
her into the homosexual lifestyle.]
My name is Wendy and I was born in a small town in Virginia. I was in church, every time
the doors were open, for as far back as I can remember. I also attended the Christian school
within my church that was rooted deeply in an Independent Baptist doctrine. My mama was very
sickly and was in and out of the hospital. I have a sister that is almost 4 years younger
than me and baby brother that only lived for 3 days and then passed away. Mama died
Christmas of 1982, at the age of 32. At the time of her death, I was 11 and my sister was
7. My dad was a rage-a-holic and an alcoholic. He had wanted a boy so badly and lost his one
and only son. I believe he decided to make me his boy or at least that is how it seemed.
Especially as I got older, he treated me differently than he did my sister. Here is an
example, when I got my first car before dad would give me the keys to drive it; I had to
change the tire, without assistance, as he stood and watched. My sister, he just handed the
keys.
My dad verbally and emotionally abused my family. He was a tyrant and as a little girl
I thought to myself, if all men are like my dad, then I want nothing to do with men. I made
a vow to never get married because men were not safe. Due to my family’s rigid and
extremely conservative views, I knew that if I told they would not believe me. I remained
painfully silent about being sexually abused. Satan stole my innocence and I was exposed to
things that I should have never been. As a young child, I was attracted to women. My
silence allowed Satan to cultivate a huge lie that confused my sexual identity. It was the
birth of unnatural desires that would later manifest into full blown homosexuality.
I was in so much pain and confusion that one day I found some relief….with alcohol. I
finally found something that would numb me and I could check out of reality. My drinking
continued to get worse and worse. It is only by God’s grace and mercy that I did not get
a DUI, go to jail, kill somebody or myself. I suffered with depression and often struggled
with suicidal thoughts. One night, I was drinking and was holding my loaded gun, trying to
talk myself into pulling the trigger. God saved me that night from taking my life with a
phone call. I fully believe I was going to kill myself that night but God’s loving grace
and mercy poured out over me.

A Golden Opportunity – Neutering the Evil in Washington
Posted on October 30 - from Larry Miller
[Ed. note: Stopping Barack Obama and Harry Reid should be our top priority
this time around. Dealing with recalcitrant Rs would come after that.]
Polls show an impressive majority of Americans are frightened and angered by the road
Barack Obama and the Democrat Party are leading us down. This is the same Democrat Party
that booed God at their national convention. This is the same Democrat Party that views
the destruction of babies in the womb as one of their essential sacraments, along with the
obliteration of time honored American values such as family and marriage. This is the
party that wants to totally transform the country that we love into a socialist hell.
The number of Americans expressing reactions that range from discontent to outrage
numbers well over 60%. Republicans, if they can hold themselves together, and make the
best of the situation have the opportunity to become a real majority party after the
failures and scandals of the man who exposed the evil and anti-Americanism his party as
become.
The question is, do they have the understanding and wisdom to follow this advantage for
the good of the country, or will they give up on the freedom they can bring back from the
pit of socialism... will the give up on the American people?
Several things keep me from being too optimistic about this. Among them is the
willingness of Republican leadership to cave to the feeling that they cannot defeat the
Democrats that makes themdo their best to get along with the oppressors of the people...
moderating the ill effects of their socialist “masters” when the can, and permitting them
to squeeze the God-given rights of American citizens more and more when they can't or won't.
One wonders if the leadership is clinging to the possibility of using the governmental
weapons against the Dems should they return to power.

Democratic Party: America’s Resident Evil
Posted on October 28 - from Lloyd Marcus
[Ed. note: A member of the Congressional Black Caucus actually said that
the Tea Party wants to see blacks hanging from a tree.]
A New York Times article exposed that the Democrats are expecting to have their clocks
cleaned in the election in a week or so. Democrats believe that their only hope is to get
out the black vote. How do they plan to achieve this? Of course, with their tried and true
tactic of race baiting.
In other words, the Democrats and their MSM operatives have launched an all hands on
deck deplorable effort to convince black Americans that white Americans are out to suppress
and even murder them. Democrats pray that hordes of enraged blacks will forget about how
they have suffered under Obama and flock to the polls to vote for Democrats.
In my opinion as a Christian, the Democrats’ hate-whitey-get-out-the-black-vote scheme
is a satanic plot conceived by deviant minds. Folks, words can not express my visceral
disdain for such shameful politicking. Any media personality or outlet that signs on to
the Democrats’ unconscionable plan should be shunned, unworthy of your respect or time.
Admittedly, it appears that I am constantly writing about the Democrats’ attempts to sic
black America on white America, especially at election time. Folks, it is because I find
the Democrats’ behavior so reprehensibly evil, all the while claiming the moral high ground
of possessing superior levels of tolerance and compassion. Borrowing an expression from the
kids, “Gag me!”

“The Spirit Of Party”
Posted on October 27 - from Chuck Balkdwin Live
[Ed. note: The fascination with “political science” demonstrated by party
hacks reveals a complete lack of moral conscience. Remember, to party hacks, nothing is
right or wrong, only better or worse.]
When I started my radio talk show back in 1994--and for the next six years hosting the
show--I was considered a hero by conservatives everywhere. Between my leadership position
with the Moral Majority back in the 1980s and my radio talk show in the 1990s, I walked
shoulder-to-shoulder with practically every notable conservative leader, including
Christian leaders, one could think of. I traveled the country speaking with, and for, the
most visible conservative leaders in America. I became friends with a host of U.S.
congressmen and senators, not to mention several State governors. I even sat at the “king’s
table” with President Ronald Reagan and Vice President George H.W. Bush. I was one of the
“darlings” of conservatism. Just about anybody who was anybody was a guest on my show.
I only mention all of that so readers can understand my background--along with the “rest
of the story” that brought me to where I am today.
Back in those days, I fell right in lock-step with the left-right paradigm: Republicans
were good; Democrats were bad. And even if the Republican was downright bad, he wasn’t as
bad as the Democrat. That doctrine was sacrosanct and unassailable. And I believed that
malarkey as much as anyone.
I started smelling a rat in 1996 when the GOP anointed Bob Dole as the next
“conservative” Republican who was going to lead us to the Promised Land. I knew Dole well
enough: he was anything but a conservative. In fact, he joined the likes of Richard Nixon
and now John Boehner who say that they have never read the Republican Party platform.
Boehner has gone so far as to say that he doesn’t know anybody who has read it. He probably
told the truth there. The vast majority of Republican leaders in Washington, D.C., have not
read it, don’t care what it says, and give no heed to it. I knew in my heart that Bob Dole
would be a horrible President, and that he would NOT give a hoot in hades about obeying the
Constitution. Plus, I had developed a great respect for and friendship with Pat Buchanan,
who was an ardent conservative constitutionalist. So, I was supporting Pat’s presidential
candidacy.

“Islamic Extremists” (like ISIS) Reflect the Core of Islamic Thought
Posted on October 25 - from The Historical Context
[Ed. note: The trouble with Christians is that they are not acting
according to the core teachings of their faith, while the trouble with Islamic Extremists
is that they are.]
Authoritarianism and Oppression
Authoritarianism exists when a person or group of persons attempts to bypass rational
dialogue and impose their will upon others through force, intimidation, or manipulation.
ISIS is an Islamic sect that is determined to impose an Islamic way of life (according
to their understanding of Islam) upon a significant portion of the world, and they are
quite willing to use violence and oppression in order to carry out their agenda. However,
the claim is often made (in the New York Times, the Huffington Post, in books by John
Esposito, etc.) that ISIS and similar groups (like Al-Qaeda) are opposed by the vast
majority of Muslims and are not, therefore, representative of Islam itself.
I contend that ISIS is in fact representative of the core, or essence, of Islam. Not
because I think that the majority of Muslims are violent people. It seems to me that most
Muslims are very nice people, just as most Buddhists, Christians, and atheists are nice
people. So I am not saying (as many others have said) that Muslims are just more violent
that proponents of other worldviews are. If it is true that many Muslims have been violent
that would not prove that Muslims are violent people by nature. I do not care to get into
an argument about who has been more violent historically: Christians or Muslims. The point
I want to make is twofold:

The Party of Fraud is at it again

[Ed. note: We know something never change. This includes the need for
Democrats to steal elections.]
In Cook County Illinois, the dead vote. Everyone has known that for years. There is
even a running joke about people putting a clause in their will that they will not leave
their vote to the Democrat Party.
But it appears that Party of Treason and voter fraud is ramping up its efforts to steal
elections.
Isn’t it amazing that when these incidents happen with electronic voting machines, they
always benefit the Democrats? In 2010, in Nevada, there were multiple reports of voting
machines changing Republican votes into votes for Harry Reid.
This is one of the compelling reasons why every election should have paper ballots. At
least there is a hard copy to show what really happened.
While this time, the electronic screen showed the vote being given to the Democrat, a
more insidious fraud would be for the screen to show the correct vote but the actually vote
tallied in the machine’s memory would be the wrong one.

Obama’s war to kill Americans

irrefutable conclusion that Obama wants Ebola in America.]
Barack Obama may be opening another front in his war to kill Americans.
The proof is simply stunning and no other conclusion can be drawn.
The Regime is allowing people with Ebola into this nation. They are not even getting a
cursory check. The only line of defense is if they tell the truth that they were exposed.
Thomas Eric Duncan, the man who brought Ebola to America lied.
Health care workers who are exposed are not being quarantined. In fact, when one of
them was showing signs of Ebola, she was told she could fly a commercial airline.
The Regime is sending American soldiers to Africa, right into the Ebola hot zone. They
are only getting four hours training in Ebola.

Modern-Day Abolitionist Sits on the Alabama Supreme Court
Posted on October 22 - from Liberty Counsel
[Ed. note: Not all judges are crazy liberals - Tom Parker proves this point
dramatically! Yes, he is from the south.]
Justice Tom Parker, Alabama Supreme Court, is a modern-day Wilberforce, fighting for the
rights of the unborn and families.
In the nine years Justice Parker has sat on the Alabama Supreme Court, he has waged a
relentless war to defend the unborn, using the very Supreme Court decision that legalized
abortion, Roe v. Wade. Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackmun, in writing the majority
opinion, made clear, “If this suggestion of personhood is established, [Roe’s] case, of
course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life would then be guaranteed by the [14th]
Amendment. The appellant conceded as much on reargument.”
Justice Tom Parker points out that the courts give personhood to the unborn in laws that
govern property, healthcare, and guardianship, as well as criminal and tort law. “It is
impossible for an unborn child to be a separate and distinct person at a particular point in
time in one respect and not to be a separate and distinct person at the same point in time in
another respect,” Parker wrote in a majority decision which held that the word “child” in
Alabama’s chemical endangerment statute applies to the born and unborn.

Don't Call Me a Racist!
Posted on October 21 - from Tea Party Nation
[Ed. note: Democrats/liberals/progressives think calling someone a "racist"
is the silver bullet that will kill any kind of logical opposition to their nefarious schemes.
Too often Republicans - especially those in leadership positions - have fallen for this lie and
crawl off and hide when faced with this "ultimate insult". ]
Do you know the difference between someone who is prejudiced and someone who is a racist?
No? Many people don’t.
A racist is someone who doesn’t like another person because of their skin color. If you
are prejudiced toward someone you are biased or intolerant of them for reasons other than
their color. Often in the past the terms “racist” and “prejudiced” were used interchangeably.
I haven’t heard the word “prejudiced” used that way in a long time. I’m not racist but I am
prejudiced. Let me explain that.
As Conservative American patriots, we are often referred to in the media and by liberals
as “racists” because we don’t agree with them on many issues. They find it very easy to
fling that word at us because they think of it as the ultimate insult. In my opinion, they
are showing themselves to be prejudiced against us because we think differently than they
do. Their attitude has nothing to do with our color – they simply don’t like us because we are not automatons blindly following the leader.

Oath Upheld: Nashville Cops Refused Secret Service Request for Illegal Search of Obama Critic
Posted on October 20 - from Ben Swann
[Ed. note: Just how deep does the corruption and/or incompetence run in
the formerly spotless Secret Service?]
Williams’ report notes that, in January of 2013, Secret Service agents working out of
the Nashville field office visited the home of the resident who made the Facebook postings
and knocked on his door. Then, an agent called local police and asked for backup, stating
that the individual was refusing to let them in without a warrant and appeared to be armed.
When Nashville police arrived, they informed the Secret Service agents that the man in
question is a licensed gun owner, did not violate the law, and that a warrant would be
required in order to investigate further. Chief Anderson said in his letter, “one of the
agents then asked a [Nashville police] sergeant to ‘wave a piece of paper’ in an apparent
effort to dupe the resident into thinking that they indeed had a warrant.” Faced with a
request to violate their oath of office and the rights of a citizen, the officers with the
Metro Nashville Police Department flatly refused and left the scene.
Chief Anderson, upset that his officers were asked to violate a citizen’s rights in a
way that could have escalated into a dangerous situation, contacted then Secret Service
Director Julia Pierson and Assistant Director A.T. Smith to file a complaint. Pierson did
not reply to Anderson, but Smith did so in a demeaning tone, essentially telling Nashville’s
police chief to “mind [his] own affairs” and refusing to investigate the incident.
An angry Anderson then met with officials in the Secret Service’s Nashville field office
and asked, “Do you think it is appropriate to wave a piece of paper in the air and tell him
you have a warrant when you do not have a warrant?” In his letter, Anderson noted that an
unnamed Secret Service official replied, “I don’t know. I’m not a lawyer.” Anderson then
inquired as to why Secret Service agents would request that Nashville police falsify a
warrant if they felt that it was something that they had lawful authority to do, implying
that merely by asking, the agents were demonstrating their understanding that they were
making an illegal request. Anderson noted that his “complaint was not well-received” and
that officials would not offer any reassurance that similar incidents would be prevented
in the future.

Documents Reveal that Fast and Furious Rifle Was Used in 2013 Phoenix Gang-Style Assault

[Ed. note: “Our lawsuit against Phoenix exposed how the Obama cover-up of
Fast and Furious is ongoing. Eric Holder’s Department of Justice is a mess. It has
endangered the public and is engaged in an ongoing cover-up of its insanely reckless Fast
and Furious gun-running operation.]
Judicial Watch today announced that, based on information uncovered through a Judicial
Watch public records lawsuit against the City of Phoenix, the U.S. Congress has confirmed
that an AK 47 rifle used in a July 29, 2013, gang-style assault on an apartment building
that left two people wounded was part of the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ) Operation
Fast and Furious gunrunning program.
An October 16 letter sent from Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA) and Rep. Darryl Issa (R-CA) to
Deputy Attorney General James Cole discloses that “we have learned of another crime gun
connected to Fast and Furious. The [Justice] Department did not provide any notice to the
Congress or the public about this gun.” Grassley (Ranking Member on the Senate Judiciary
Committee) and Issa (Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee) detail:
Based on the serial number [1977DX1654] from the police report obtained by Judicial Watch
and documents obtained during our Fast and Furious investigation, we can confirm that the
assault rifle recovered in the vehicle on July 30, 2013, was purchased by Sean Christopher
Stewart. Stewart pled guilty to firearms trafficking charges resulting from his involvement
with Operation Fast and Furious … Stewart purchased this particular firearm on December 8,
2009, one of 40 that he purchased that day while under ATF surveillance” (emphasis in original

Climate Change Insanity

I went out for a walk today and enjoyed seeing how the autumn leaves are changing color
because autumn, simply stated, is one of the four seasons that affects the Earth. It is part
of the change that occurs as it has for billions of years.
The notion that humans have anything to do with autumn or the other seasons or that we

utterly insane.
On October 10, The Hill reported that “The U.S. might make a substantial contribution in

of money will change the climate? And yet, there is a United Nations Green Climate Fund. The

Our Pathological President

responsible for ending the war in Iraq, and therefore he bears responsibility for the rise

Watch Obama Say Something 16 times on Video… Then DENY Ever Saying It
In 2008, then candidate Obama promised to end the war in Iraq. In 2010, President Obama
did just that, precipitously pulling all U.S. troops out of Iraq, despite warnings against
such action, and despite the Iraqi Army being far from ready to stand on their own.
During the 2012 election, Obama repeatedly, ad nauseam, reminded everyone who would
listen that he personally had ended the war in Iraq, proud that he had fulfilled his
campaign promise.
Of course, now that the Islamic State has arisen to fill the vacuum left when our troops
pulled out, and the country has descended into a brutally violent mess, Obama is attempting
to rewrite history, claiming leaving Iraq was “not my decision,” and blaming the entire mess
on Bush, as he has a tendency to do.

An Ebola outbreak would be advantageous for globalists

Regional or widespread war, terrorism, cyber attacks, etc., are all useful vehicles to
conjure mass confusion, and can also be used as scapegoats for the eventual downfall of our
economy. That said, a viral pandemic truly surpasses them all in effectiveness. All other
tragedies could easily be tied to the first “domino” or “linchpin” (as Rand Corporation

This is an incredibly useful strategy when used on the ignorant. And as I pointed out

fact that most of the people you meet in this life are fundamentally and functionally
ignorant.
So I believe the spread of Ebola may be desired by certain power brokers. Here’s why.

Events of recent weeks have simply reinforced what we all know to be true. America is in
serious trouble, domestically and internationally. Spiritually, morally, economically, and
politically.
We can find many reasons for how and why this has happened, but they can all be boiled
down to this: We have turned our backs on God and are now reaping the predictable
consequences.
More specifically, it has also become more and more evident that the Democratic Party is
largely responsible for taking us down this wayward path against our will. At both state
and federal levels, its leaders are in many instances senseless, shameless, lawless,

Genetic research abuse?

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, and the third time it’s enemy action.]
Herr Doktor Mengele, rufen Sie Ihren Anwalt! Jemand plagiieren Ihre Ideen. No, we’re not
trying to invoke Josef Mengele from beyond the grave. But if he ever worried about
scientific plagiarism against himself, he might want to get legal advice. CNAV today
received a lead on what might be an abuse of power to dwarf anything Josef Mengele or his
superiors did. It involves legally kidnapping children with rare genetic diseases to do
genetic research on them without parental consent. And whether these specific allegations
are true or not, someone ought to change the law that lets this happen, and fast.
Kayla and Hannah Diegel
At 3:15 p.m. EDT, activists advocating for Kayla and Hannah Diegel, aged 10 and 12, sent
CNAV a link to a Facebook page titled “A Miracle for Two Sisters.” The page includes
photographs of Kayla and Hanna Diegel and a description of their story. They suffer from
congenital disorder of glycosylation (CDG). This is a disorder of mitochondria, the “power
plants” of living cells. Justina Pelletier, the Connecticut girl who languished for 16
months in a Boston hospital after the Massachusetts child welfare office made her a ward
of the Commonwealth, also has a mitochondrial disorder.
The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) and the National Human Genome
Research Institute (NHGRI) both have an interest in mitochondrial disorders. The allegation
describes these as a highly lucrative area of genetic research. And having two little girls
with the same rare disease is like a lottery win for workers in genetic research.

Christian College Told It Could Lose Accreditation For Its Policy On Homosexual Sex

[Ed. note: Never do anything against conscience even if the State demands

Inclusiveness and diversity are perhaps valued more in modern American culture and
government than any other characteristic — unless of course you’re dealing with Christians.
Whether you’re a business like Chick-fil-A or Hobby Lobby or you’re a private organization
like the Boy Scouts, there is no denying that taking a traditional Christian stance on
sexuality is now a risky endeavor.
The latest to experience the warm and fuzzy hospitality of “inclusive” secularism is
Gordon College, a private liberal arts college located in quaint Wenham, Massachusetts.
Like many Christian colleges, Gordon College requires its students to agree to a set of
behavioral standards while they attend the school. Students are expected to refrain from
“blasphemy, profanity, dishonesty, theft, drunkenness, sexual relations outside marriage,
and homosexual practice,” and the college has plainly stated that these actions “will not
be tolerated in the lives of Gordon community members, either on or off campus.”

Homosexual Activist Admits True Purpose of Battle is to Destroy Marriage
Posted on October 9 - from Illinois Family Institute
[Ed. note: Gays and lesbians are free to live as they choose, and we
live in a society which roundly applauds them doing so like never before in our history,
but they do not have the right to rewrite marriage for all of society.]
Even knowing that there are radicals in all movements, doesn’t lessen the startling
admission recently by lesbian journalist Masha Gessen. On a radio show she actually admits
that homosexual activists are lying about their radical political agenda. She says that
they don’t want to access the institution of marriage; they want to radically redefine and
eventually eliminate it.
Here is what she recently said on a radio interview:
“It’s a no-brainer that (homosexual activists) should have the right to marry, but I
also think equally that it’s a no-brainer that the institution of marriage should not
exist. …(F)ighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we are going to
do with marriage when we get there — because we lie that the institution of marriage is
not going to change, and that is a lie.
The institution of marriage is going to change, and it should change. And again, I don’t
think it should exist. And I don’t like taking part in creating fictions about my life.
That’s sort of not what I had in mind when I came out thirty years ago.
I have three kids who have five parents, more or less, and I don’t see why they shouldn’t
have five parents legally… I met my new partner, and she had just had a baby, and that baby’s
biological father is my brother, and my daughter’s biological father is a man who lives in
Russia, and my adopted son also considers him his father. So the five parents break down
into two groups of three… And really, I would like to live in a legal system that is
capable of reflecting that reality, and I don’t think that’s compatible with the
institution of marriage.”

Technology Is Thriving, So Why Are the Feds Strangling It?

short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops
moving, subsidize it. Ronald Reagan]
A growing number of economists are describing the current slump as a form of secular
stagnation, where diminishing outlets for capital investment have slowed economic growth,
reduced the demand for labor and stalled the economic recovery. While the technology sector
remains one of the few areas of the economy where innovation and growth continue at a rapid
pace, the Federal Communications Commission is moving forward with a series of new rules
that may shackle this important part of the economy. From new mandates for municipal
broadband to redefining what broadband means, to proposals to turn the Internet into a
common carrier, the FCC is working to reshape how Americans connect to the Internet.
In a recent speech before a tech start-up incubator in Washington, D.C., FCC Chairman
Thomas Wheeler focused on the need to provide faster broadband connections to American
consumers. His comments reinforce the FCC's push for changing the definition of "advanced
telecommunications capability" from a broadband speed of 4Mbps to 10Mbps. In fact, Wheeler
goes further in his speech, noting that "a 25Mbps connection is fast becoming ‘table stakes'
in 21st century communications." Pushing even further, Wheeler states that it is
"unacceptable" that 40 percent of American homes do not have access to 100Mbps connections
- even though a majority of homes already have access.
It may sound as if the market broadband is flailing when, in fact, it continues to
evolve at a fast pace while deploying faster and larger networks. While a 25Mbps connection
may be the way of the future, it is well above what the typical user requires today. And it
is not as if providers are not upgrading their networks. New players are also entering the
game; content providers such as Google are investing in their own networks - a smart,
competitive response to changing market conditions. Fiber, copper, cable, wireless and
satellite providers continue to expand, spending over $1.2 trillion since 1996 and $75
billion in 2013 alone.

There is a Time for all Things: A Time to Preach & a Time to Fight
Posted on October 7 - from Sons of Liberty
[Ed. note: A story about John Peter Muhlenberg - pictured above on the
right.]
He preached a message on Ecclesiastes 3:1:
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”
He closed his message by saying:
“In the language of the Holy Writ, there is a time for all things. There is a time to
preach and a time to fight. And now is the time to fight.”
This was John Peter Gabriel Muhlenburg, a 30 year old member of the Virginia House of
Burgesses…and a pastor.
At the end of his sermon, January 21, 1776, John Peter Muhlenburg threw off his clerical
robes to reveal the uniform of an officer in the Continental Army.
Drums began to roll, men kissed their wives, and they walked down the aisle to enlist.

A Thermonuclear Trumpet
Posted on October 6 - from Break Point
[Ed. note: The cross of Christ is the pro-life apologetic, par excellence.
Because the cross is the centerpiece of Christianity, pro-life activism is not an adjunct
to the church's mission; it is profoundly emblematic of the very essence of the church's mission.]
Knocking Down the Jericho Wall of Abortion Apathy
The apostle Paul noted that “if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, no one will
prepare himself to the battle.” His point: If what we're hearing doesn't sound to us like
a clear call from God, even when it is, we're unlikely to mobilize.
History bears this out. It is precisely what happened with the transatlantic slave trade.
One of the reasons it took so long to end that horrific business is that too few Christians
believed that God wanted them to actively oppose it. The biblical message they heard on the
issue was confused and indistinct, like a trumpet giving an uncertain sound. As a result
there was no consensus, no united front, and slavery continued.
It wasn't that the message was not loud enough: Everyone heard the noise that was being
made over slavery. It was that the message was not clear enough: The people of God were
getting mixed signals and thus weren't sure what their responsibility was.
From abolitionists they heard biblical arguments against slavery. From some clergy,
willing for different reasons to justify slavery, they heard other supposedly “biblical”
arguments that either sanctioned slavery, or at the very least downplayed how important it
was to God that it be abolished.

The Culture in Washington is Allergic to the Truth
Posted on October 4 - from The Truth Dispatch
[Ed. note: Everyone one these previous educational reform programs
emanated from the United Nations organization, UNESCO. Every one of these programs is a
propaganda tool designed to dumb down our children and these programs are being remarkably
effective to this end.]
Regardless of which political party we are talking about, both the Republicans and the
Democrats in Washington are allergic to the truth. They both claim to be seeking the truth,
transparency, and accountability when political scandals or foreign crises occur. However,
they all blame-shift to hide the truth of what really happened if it puts them in a bad light.
President Barack Obama is the master blame-shifter because he never takes responsibility
for actions by his own Administration. Errors or wrongdoings are either never his fault or
he never knew what his Administration was doing. President Obama’s latest blame shifting
takes aim at the intelligence community for allegedly underestimating the Islamic State
militants.
The culture of corruption in Washington will never change so long as Washington
continues its practice of blame shifting. We will never learn the truth about Islamic
militant ideology when our politicians and bureaucrats are too busy blame shifting their
way out of their mistakes. Blame shifting does not allow us to recognize our own problems
and the truth, so that we can move on and develop a real strategy to defeat these Islamic
terrorists.

Our Children Have Been Sentenced to 12 Years In Re-Education Camps

[Ed. note: Everyone one these previous educational reform programs
emanated from the United Nations organization, UNESCO. Every one of these programs is a
propaganda tool designed to dumb down our children and these programs are being remarkably

Your child has been sentenced and has served nearly a year of their 12 year sentence to
a re-education camp. No, we are not talking about a FEMA camp, but we may as well be.
Yesterday, Ted Cruz called for the abolishment of the IRS. Although I agree with Cruz that
the IRS must go, the Department of Education poses a bigger threat to our nation than does
the IRS. We, as a nation, will always have the opportunity to earn our money back. However,
when our children miss out on key stages of critical learning, there is often no recovery
of what could have been regarding the acquisition of knowledge and key skills such as
reading and writing. Our federalized Education system is rotten to the core, the Common
Core, that is. Common Core is the latest of the educational fad programs which is
supposedly designed to raise American school children’s academic performance. This
program is insidious and bad for students and America at its core. This article examines
the origins of the modern day intellectual concentration camps that are commonly known as
the Common Core program.
One Bad Education Fad After Another
Most any veteran teacher in the public school system will tell you that about every six
to seven years, the American educational system embarks on the latest “miracle” designed to
fix the low standardized test scores American students achieve in comparison to our
international counterparts. Teachers have endured such educational faux pas from Goals 2000,
to School to Work, to No Child Left Behind and now we are witnessing the latest in fad in
American education, Common Core Standards. Each one of the aforementioned programs threw
billions of taxpayer dollars down the toilet, while contributing to the dramatic decrease
in student performance. For example, SAT Reading scores, for the high school class of
2012, reached a 40+ year low since the implementation of No Child Left Behind.

It Is Time to Study Politicks and War
Posted on October 2 - from Tea Party Nation
[Ed. note: I must study Politicks and War that my sons may have liberty
to study Mathematicks and Philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematicks and philosophy,
geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce, and agriculture, in
order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, musick, architecture,
statuary, tapestry, and porcelaine. - John Adams]
John Adams did not postulate what would happen when our society studied painting, poetry
and music. But we now know what happens to freedom when we forget its price:
What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly: it is dearness only that gives every
thing its value. Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be
strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be highly rated. - Thomas
Paine, The American Crisis
I fear that we have returned to the beginning where we must study politics and war to
set our nation back on a course of Liberty. Whether the nation will survive intact is not
a consideration. The only consideration is that our children must be free. At any cost to
us. The voting booth is now exposed as only a source of normalcy bias. Our politicians have
been exposed as vain and aspiring men as Sam Adams warned...

Hospitals Are Cutting Charity Care and Using Emergency Rooms More
Posted on October 1 - from The Independent Institute
[Ed. note: Another ObamaKare victory... forcing people into the clutches of
government health care.]
Hospitals, inveterate lobbyists for Obamacare, have responded rationally to its
incentives: They have increased use of their emergency departments, and cut charity care.
On Tuesday, NPR had a feature on hospitals’ using online services to allow frequent
flyers to book appointments with emergency departments:
Three times in one week, 34-year-old Michael Granillo returned to the emergency room of
the Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Southern California, seeking relief from intense
back pain. Each time, Granillo waited a little while and then left the ER without ever being
seen by a doctor.
“I was in so much pain, I wanted to be taken care of ‘now,’ ” says Granillo. “I didn’t
want to sit and wait.”
But on a recent Wednesday morning, he woke up feeling even worse. This time, Granillo’s
wife, Sonya, tried something different. Using a new service offered by the hospital, she was
able to make an ER appointment online, using her mobile phone.
Isn’t that exactly the sort of thing that Obamacare was supposed to stop? All those newly
insured patients are supposed to get timely primary care, nipping their health problems in the bud
at low-cost points of care. Back in July, I wrote about this worrying development, and
concluded that we might all end up getting our health care in the ED. Well, it looks like
that is the hospitals’ goal:
